PDF format can be read on any PC or Mac; you can get the free reader at this link. Free.
The Kindle format can be read on ANY Kindle reader (it's the older format, .mobi). Free.
The e-pub format can be read on most readers other than Kindle, including Nook. Free.
The paper copy, from Lulu.com, is offered at our cost - zero profit. Check to make sure, but it's usually cheaper to have Lulu print it and ship it than it is for you to print it on your PC's printer.
